2:00pm-6:00pm
Historical Society of Cheshire County
246 Main Street, Keene, NH
LGBTQIA+ people in the Monadnock region are invited to come to the Historical Society of Cheshire County, 246 Main Street, Keene, to record their answers to one of three prompts:
● Tell a story about a time when you felt proud to be LGBTQIA+.
● Tell a story about growing up in this region as an LGBTQIA+ person.
● Tell a story about a meaningful relationship you’ve had and how it shaped your experience as an LGBTQIA+ person.
You’ll be among the first to try out the Society’s new oral history studio at 246 Main Street in Keene. Your thoughts will be preserved in the museum archives as a way of capturing local LGBTQIA+ history and culture.
