We are looking for some amazing volunteers!
Volunteers will be assigned to the following areas:
Merch Table (3 per shift): selling merch including t-shirts, bags, pins, etc; handling cash and CC transactions with Square; restocking as needed; answering questions about the festival and about online purchasing
Kids Area (4 per 2 hour shift): supervising games area; stationed outside each bounce house; distribute waters as needed; first aid kits will be onsite- medically-trained volunteers should be onsite here as well
Youth Booth (2 per 2 hour shift): supervising button-making and art area; engaging with patrons and sharing knowledge about youth program
Cotton Candy Booth (2 per shift): make and serve cotton candy; handling cash and CC transactions with Square
Popcorn Booth (2 per shift): make and serve popcorn; handling cash and CC transactions with Square
Dunk Tank (2 per shift): handling cash and CC transactions with Square; collecting balls
Yassify Booth (at least 2 per shift): creating fun makeup looks for patrons; maintain hygienic practices (clean brushes, lipsticks, etc)
Drag Show (5 during the show): collecting tips throughout the crowd; assisting with changes; assisting queens with stairs and through the crowd as needed (runners may be utilized for some of these roles)
Adult Room (1 per shift): checking IDs to ensure all attendees are 18+ (no minors are allowed in even if accompanied by an adult)
Runners (3-5 per shift): anything and everything that may be needed (hauling trash, delivering waters, covering breaks at any location, etc); will be checking in with Morganna at Headquarters for assignments throughout the day
We are looking for some dedicated individuals to help us create the biggest and best Keene Pride Festival yet! With over 100 vendors, Keene Pride is one of the largest pride festivals in New England. If you are interested, please RSVP for our next volunteer meeting. Even if you are unable to attend the meeting, but you are able to volunteer at the festival, PLEASE RSVP so we can reach out to you.

Where: The Hannah Grimes Center Roxbury Room at 25 Roxbury St. in Keene, NH
What: This is the second and final volunteer meeting before the festival. We will be going over roles and jobs for the fest.
