Things You Need To Know
Keene Pride’s block party style festival is on 9/20/26 from 12pm-6pm.
Vendors must bring their own tents (10x10 maximum), water, tables, and chairs.
High School and College groups can apply for a free vendor booth.
Load in/setup begins at 8am on the day of the Festival, Sunday September 20th.
There is a very limited amount of booths with electricity hook-ups. Please do not check the box for electricity if you do not actually need it. We will be assigning those booths based on actual need.
There are no refunds for booth registrations.
All booth applications are approved on a case by case basis.
The deadline to sign up for a booth is August 15th.

For profit businesses and artists can fill out this form to apply for a booth for Keene Pride Fest 2026.
Only local artisans are allowed to purchase multiple booth licenses. Other corporations are limited to ONE booth license.
Non-profits can fill out this application to apply for a booth during the festival on 9/20/26. These are approved on a case by case basis.
Use this form to apply for a food truck license. This is only required for actual food trucks with a vehicle.
Middle school, high school, and college student groups can use this form to apply for a free booth at Keene Pride Fest 2026. These applications are approved on a case by case basis.
